BORSCH SOUP

serves 4

Ingredients:
2 and ½ cups chopped beets
1 cup water
1 can (14oz.) beef broth
1 tablespoon lemon juice
¼ teaspoon COLGIN WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
4 tablespoon sour cream
1 tablespoon chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
In saucepan combine broth, water, Worcestershire sauce, beets, onion, salt and pepper. Cook on low heat until beets are done; do not boil. Add lemon juice. Serve in bowls and top with sour cream.
