FRENCH ONION SOUP

serves 6

Ingredients:
4 cups thinly sliced white onions
5 cups beef broth
4 tablespoons butter
¼ teaspoons COLGIN WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
salt and pepper to taste
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:
In skillet melt butter and saute onions until soft. In saucepan combine broth, Worcestershire, salt and pepper; bring to boil and simmer on low heat 3 minutes. Add onions and simmer on low heat 30 minutes. Serve in bowls and top with cheese.
