CREME VICHYSSOISE

(serves 6)

Ingredients:
3 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
4 leeks, sliced
4 cups chicken broth
2 cups half and half
2 teaspoons cilantro
1 ½ teaspoon COLGIN WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
Combine in a large pot, broth, potatoes, leeks and cilantro. Simmer over low heat 30-40 minutes. Pour mixture into blender and puree until smooth. Return to heat and add half and half, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Simmer 5 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
