HAMBURGER STEW

(serves 8 )

Ingredients:
1 lb. ground round beef
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped white onion
1 cup sliced carrots
1 cup sliced white potatoes
3 cup chopped tomatoes
3 cups water
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon ground garlic
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon COLGIN WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
In skillet brown beef, Worcestershire, onions and celery. Drain off fat. In large saucepan combine all ingredients and bring to boil. Simmer on low heat 1 hour. Serve with cornbread.
