VENISON CHILI

(serves 6)

Ingredients:
½ lb. ground venison
½ ground pork
1 cup chopped white onion
3 cups cooked pinto beans
2 teaspoon chili powder
1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce + 1 can water
½ cup chili sauce
½ tablespoon COLGIN WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon butter

Instructions:
Melt butter in large skillet, saute onions and meat. Cook until meat is done. Transfer to a large sauce pan and add the remaining ingredients to saucepan. Cook on low heat  about 1 hour.
