POTATO SOUP

(serves 6)

Ingredients:
3 large potatoes, peeled and diced
1 cup chopped white onion
1 can chicken broth
1 cup milk
3 cups water
½ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon COLGIN WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
In large saucepan, combine water, broth, potatoes, onion, Worcestershire, salt and pepper, bring to boil and simmer until potatoes are done. Pour into blender and puree until smooth. Return to saucepan add the milk and paprika. Cook 10 minutes.
