APPLE AND CABBAGE SOUP

serves 8

Ingredients:
3 cups shredded cabbage
2  cups diced apples, peeled
2 teaspoon lime juice
1/3 cup chopped white onion
2 cans beef broth
2 cups water
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground garlic
1 tablespoon COLGIN WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
In a large saucepan combine broth, tomato sauce, lime juice and Worcestershire sauce; bring to boiling point. Add the remaining ingredients. Cover saucepan and simmer on low heat 20-30 minutes. Serve with rolls.
