BEEF SOUP WITH MUSHROOMS

Ingredients:
½ lb. flank steak
4 oz. sliced mushrooms
3 cups water
¼ cup sherry
1 teaspoon ground garlic
1 tablespoon beef granules
½ cup chopped green onions
½ cup chopped broccoli
½ teaspoon COLGIN WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE

Instructions:
In large saucepan combine water, garlic, beef granules and Worcestershire sauce bring to boil. Cut steak into 1/8 thick strips. Spray frying pan with cooking spray and saute beef until done. Add to water with broccoli and mushrooms. bring to boil and simmer until vegetables are done. Add sherry and simmer 2-3 minutes more. Pour into bowls and top with green onions.
