Quick Chili

serves 4

1 lb. ground round
1 cup chopped onions
8 oz. kidney beans,drained
1/2 cup long grain rice, uncooked
1 cup whole kernel corn
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp oregano
1 cup tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. Colgin Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste

In large skillet cook beef,Worcestershire sauce
and onion until meat is done.Drain off fat.Add
tomato sauce,beans,rice,chili powder,oregano,
salt and pepper;cover and simmer about 30 minutes until rice is done.Add corn and simmer 5 minutes. Top with cheese and cook 5 minuted.
