ITALIAN SAUSAGE STEW

SERVES 8

2 lb.Italian sausage,cubed
2 cups chopped tomatoes
1 cup chopped white onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup sliced carrots
1 cup green beans
1 [14oz.]can beef broth
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp.cumin
1/4 tsp.Colgin Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste

In large pot,add broth,sausage and Worcestershire sauce.Simmer 10-15 minutes.Add the remaining ingredients and simmer on low heat 1-2 hours.Great with cornbread.
