CHILI CHILI CHICKEN

serves 4

4 boneless,skinless chicken breast
2 cups chopped tomatoes
1 cup chopped white onion
1 cup chopped celery
1[14oz]can red beans,drained
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbs. olive oil
1/8 tsp.Colgin Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup dry sherry
4 oz. tomato sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup cheese

In large skillet,heat oil and brown chicken
with Worcestershire sauce. Transfer chicken to
saucepan. Add the remaining ingredients to
chicken except sherry and cheese. Simmer on low heat 30-40 minutes. Add sherry and mix well. Serve in bowls and top with cheese.
