MARINATED TOP SIRLOIN

Number of Servings: serves 6

Ingredients:
2 lb. top sirloin, trimmed

Marinade:
¼ cup water
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup chili sauce
½ teaspoon ground garlic
1 teaspoon oregano
½ teaspoon basil
½ ground onion
1/2 teaspoon COLGIN WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
¼ teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL HICKORY LIQUID SMOKE
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
In oblong baking dish arrange steaks. In saucepan combine marinade ingredients. Pour marinade over steaks, cover with foil. Refrigerate 3-4 hours, turnings steaks ever hour. Drain marinade. Grill or boil steaks.
