2-4 oz. fish Sea Bass or other of your choice
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup Creole mustard
1/4 teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL HICKORY LIQUID SMOKE
lemon juice to taste
hot sauce to taste
garlic to taste
Wash fish pat dry and season with garlic. Combine mayonnaise, mustard, smoke, lemon juice, and hot sauce together. Grill the fish for about 7 minutes or until fish flakes. Garnish fish with sauce and serve.
