CINNAMON BAKED APPLES

Ingredients:
5 medium cooking apples
1/3 cup brown sugar
¼ cup flour
2 tablespoon butter
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon allspice
1-3 drops Colgin Natrual Apple Liquid Smoke
1/3 cup water

Instructions:
Spray baking dish with cooking spray. Pour water in dish. Peel, core, and slice apples. Arrange apples in dish and lightly spray with vegetable spray. Combine sugar, flour, smoke and spices in blender. Add in cut butter. Mix well. This will be course. Sprinkle over apple and bake uncovered for about 30 minutes at 350F.
