Ingredients:
6 oz. cooked crab meat
1/8 teaspoon peppers
2 medium seedless cucumbers
2 tablespoon sour cream
2 tablespoon chopped scallions
1-2 drops COLGIN NATURAL HICKORY LIQUID SMOKE
paprika

Instructions:
Peel the cucumbers and slice. Combine crab, COLGIN NATURAL LIQUID SMOKE, sour cream, scallions and pepper. Put a mound of crab on each slice of cucumber. Should make about 36 slices. Sprinkle with paprika.
