SMOKED MUSHROOMS IN WINE SAUCE

One of our favorite marinated mushroom recipes!

Ingredients:
1 lb. small white mushrooms.
½ cup water
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1/3 cup olive oil
¼ cup dry white wine
1 teaspoon ground garlic
1/3 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon sugar
¼ teaspoon fennel seed
½ teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL LIQUID SMOKE

Instructions:
In saucepan, bring to boil oil, wine, water, lemon juice and spices. Simmer 2-3 minutes. Pour over mushrooms in glass bowl. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Serve with your favorite meat.
