Ingredients:
½lbs. cooked crab meat
2 egg whites beaten
2 teaspoon crushed onion
1/8 teaspoon ground garlic
2 teaspoon minced parsley
1/2 teaspoon COLGIN WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
1-2 drops COLGIN NATURAL APPLE LIQUID SMOKE
2 tablespoon non fat plain yogurt
1 ½ tablespoon lemon juice
¼ cup non fat parmesan cheese

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425F. Combine yogurt, egg whites, onion, garlic, parsley, worcestershire, lemon juice, smoke and crab meat. Stuff mushrooms with crab mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesian Cheese. Arrange mushrooms in baking dish. Bake for about 8 minutes.
