SMOKY CHEESE BALL

Great for Parties!

Makes 24 servings.

Ingredients:
1 8-ounce package cream cheese
1 ½ cups (6oz.) shredded smoked Cheddar cheese
½ cup (2oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
¼ cup butter
1-2 drops COLGIN NATURAL HICKORY LIQUID SMOKE
1 tablespoon dry white wine or milk
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
½ cup snipped parsley

Instructions:
Bring cheeses and butter to room temperature. Place in large mixing bowl. Beat with electric mixer on medium speed until combined. Beat in wine and horseradish. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours. Shape into 1 large ball or 2 smaller balls on waxed paper. Roll in parsley, pressing lightly into surface. Wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate about 3 hours or until firm. Store covered in refrigerator up to 2 days. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before serving. Unwrap and serve with crackers.
