Smoked Sausage Patties

Makes 4 servings.

Ingredients:
1 (16oz.) package pork sausage
[onequarter] cup chopped onion
1-2 drops Colgin Mesquite Liquid Smoke

Instructions:
In large bowl break apart the sausage into small parts. Add the onions and smoke. Shape into patties and fry until done.
