SMOKED CRAB LOG APPETIZER

Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoon grated onion
2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1-2 drops Colgin NATURAL LIQUID SMOKE
¼ teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 pound crab meat
½ cup chopped nuts
2 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:
In small bowl, whip together the cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish, salt, pepper, and liquid smoke. Stir in crab meat and mix thoroughly. Chill for several hours. Turn onto plastic wrap and shape into a roll. Combine the nuts and parsley. Roll the log in the nut mixture. Serve chilled with crackers, bagel chips or pita chips.
