ARTICHOKES IN MARINATE

Ingredients:
1 (12oz.) can artichokes bottom
2 teaspoon lime juice
½ teaspoon basil
¼ teaspoon oregano
¼ teaspoon liquid garlic
1/8 teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL APPLE LIQUID SMOKE

Instructions:
Drain artichokes, reserve liquid. Cut artichokes bottoms in 4 pieces. Combine the liquid with the remaining ingredients, stir well. Add the artichokes, toss to coat. Cover the bowl and chill over night.
