INGREDIENTS:
½ cup chopped pecans
3 cups grated carrots
1 (8oz.) crushed pineapple drained
¼ cup raisins
2 tablespoon pineapple juice
2 tablespoon light mayonnaise
1 teaspoon sugar 1-2 drops COLGIN NATURAL PECAN LIQUID SMOKE

INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine carrots, pecans ,raisins and pineapple in bowl, in small bowl combine the other ingredients, and pour over carrot mixture and toss, chill before serving.
