WALDORF SALAD

Ingredients:
2 cups Granny Smith Apples; peeled and diced
3 tablespoon mayonnise fat-free
1 cup celery chopped
½ cup walnuts chopped
½ teaspoon apple liqueur
1-2 drops COLGIN APPLE LIQUID SMOKE
lemon juice

Instructions:
Peel, core and dice apples, put apples in lemon juice for 5 minutes, drain. In small bowl add mayonnise,smoke and liqueur, mix well add celery and walnuts to apples, toss, add mayonnise mixture to the apples cover all the apples with the mayonnise, put in refrigerator for about 2 hours. Serve on a bed of lettuce or spinach leaves. Wash all fruit.
