Ingredients:
1 lb pork tenderloin
2 medium apples small cubes
¾ cup Colgin Teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 small onion
1 tablespoon oil
3 cups white rice cooked
1/4 tablespoon Colgin Natural Apple Liquid Smoke

Instructions:
Slice pork across the grain into very small slices. Place into large bowl and pour teriyaki sauce and smoke over the pork. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Mix apples with lemon juice in small bowl. Heat oil in wok or other frying pan. Spoon pork out of teriyaki sauce and brown until done about 15 minutes. Remove from wok and add onions to wok. Add apples when onions are just about finished. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add pork and teriyaki sauce. Bring to boil and simmer until flavor is mixed. Serve over rice.
