COLGIN’S BARBECUE SAUCE

Ingredients:
½ cup butter
1 medium white onion, chopped
1 cup water
1 teaspoon garlic powder
¼ cup red wine
1 teaspoon brown sugar
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon chili pepper
5 drops hot pepper sauce
1 teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL HICKORY LIQUID SMOKE
2 tablespoon ketchup

Instructions:
In medium saucepan, melt butter over low heat; add onions and gaglic and cook until soft, but not brown. Add all remaining ingredients; stir well. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes.
