DRIED BEEF DIP

serves 8

2 pounds Velveeta cheese
12 ounces evaporated milk
5 ounces dried beef, cut in pieces
1/8 teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL HICKORY LIQUID SMOKE

Instructions:
  Microwave cheese with milk in a 1½ quart casserole bowl. When melted, add beef and liquid smoke. Stir and cool. Serve with crackers.
