Ingredients:
1 (15oz.) can pink salmon
1/4 teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL MESQUITE LIQUID SMOKE
1 tablespoon horseradish
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 (8oz.) container cream cheese
2 tablespoon mayonaise
1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions:
Drain salmon and break apart in bowl , combine the other ingredients with the salmon mix well and arrange on crackers on the platter.
