TEXAS BARBECUE SAUCE

Makes about 4 cups

INGREDIENTS:
1 (14 ounce) bottle tomato catsup
¼ pound butter
juice of one lemon
1 teaspoon garlic powder
3 tablespoon molasses
2 tablespoon brown sugar
¼ cup warm beer
2 teaspoons COLGIN NATURAL MESQUITE LIQUID SMOKE

INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. After the butter melts, simmer for 5 minutes on low heat. Use for beef, chicken or fish.
