SMOKED TUNA SPREAD

Makes 2 1/3 cups of spread.

Ingredients:
1 (16oz. ) canned tuna in Water; drained
4 tablespoon nonfat yogurt
2 tablespoon Light Mayonnaise
1/8 teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL LIQUID SMOKE
Lettuce leaves
2/3 cup leek; thinly shredded
1 teaspoon dried fines herbs

Instructions:
Mash tuna with a fork. Add yogurt and mayonnaise and mix thoroughly. Add liquid smoke and stir to blend. Cover and chill in refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving.
