FRIED CHICKEN GRAVY

Makes 1 ½ cups

INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoon drippings from fried chicken
3 tablespoon flour
1 ½ cups milk
1-2 drops COLGIN NATURAL MESQUITE LIQUID SMOKE
salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:
Pour off all the fat from the pan except about 2 tablespoons, leaving the golden brown crunchy bits from the chicken. Add the flour and blend over low heat. Add the smoke, milk and cook, stirring constantly, until the gravy has thickened. Add salt and pepper.
