SMOKED STEAK ROAST

serves  6

Ingredients:
1 (4 lb.) beef round steak
½ cup Italian dressing
6 small white onions
6 small white potatoes
2 medium carrots, cut in half
2 red peppers, seeded and cut in half
1/4 teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL HICKORY LIQUID SMOKE
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
Place beef in deep casserole dish. Combine dressing, smoke, salt and pepper and pour over beef. Bake in oven on 325F for 2 hours. Remove from oven and add the remaining ingredients to beef. Return to oven and bake 1 hour or until done.
