STUFFED MUSHROOMS

serves  4-5

Ingredients:
20 medium white mushrooms
1 and ½ teaspoon liquid garlic
¼ cup bell pepper, chopped fine
¼ cup green onions,chopped fine
1 egg,beaten
¾ Italian bread crumbs
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/8 teaspoon COLGIN WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE

Instructions:
Wash mushrooms and remove stems. Place mushrooms in oblong baking dish. Heat oil in stainless steel skillet over low heat. Saute onions and peppers in hot oil. Remove from heat and combine the remaining ingredients with onions and peppers. Stuff into caps of mushroom and bake in oven at 325F for 15-20 minutes.
