ACORN SQUASH & APPLE CASSEROLE

Ingredients:
1 small squash
1 small apple peeled & sliced
2 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoon butter
1/8 tsp. Colgin Natural Apple Liquid Smoke
cinnamon to taste

Instructions:
Cut squash in half and place in baking dish, cut side up with small amount of water. Bake until tender. While squash is cooking, mix apple with brown sugar. Scoop out squash and add liquid smoke. Add apple mixture to squash and fill hollowed squash. Cover with foil and bake for 35-40 minutes at 350F. When done, sprinkle with margarine and cinnamon.

Small baking dish with cooking spray
