Ingredients:
4 chicken breast
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 cup chopped celery
1 teaspoon Greek seasoning
1/8 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
2 teaspoon COLGIN WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
2 tablespoon cornstarch
1 green pepper sliced
2 onions, sliced
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL LIQUID SMOKE
2 teaspoon canola oil
1 cup water

Instructions:
Bone chicken and cut in strips. Cook in wok or a large frying pan with 1 teaspoon canola oil until well done. Slice bell peppers, onion & celery saute in 1 teaspoon canola oil until just tender. Add to cooked chicken. Add 1 cup of water. Add Greek and Cajun seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, pepper and liquid smoke. Mix cornstarch and water together.Add to chicken mixture. More water may be added if needed. Serve over cooked rice.
