SMOKEY VEGETARIAN CHILI

serves 8

2 cups garbanzo beans, drained
6 cups undrained chili beans
3 cups chopped canned tomatoes
2 1/2 cups water
1 cup chopped green onions
1 cup zucchini, sliced
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. basil
1-2 drops Colgin Apple Liquid Smoke
salt and pepper to taste

In large soup pot, heat water, bouillon cubes,
liquid smoke, salt and pepper. Bring to boil.
Add the remaining ingredients and simmer on low hear 30-45 minutes.
