SMOKED SHARK STEAKS

serves 4

4- shark steaks

sauce:

1 1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. Colgin Pecan Liquid Smoke
salt and pepper

Combine sauce ingredients in sauce pan, mix well. Place steaks on cutting board, baste on both sides with sauce. Place on hot grill,cook on each side about 5-7 minutes, basting often.
