BEEF TOSTADAS

serves 6

6 corn tortillas
1 cup cooked beef, drain off fat
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
2 tbs. green chilies, drained
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 cup chopped green onions.
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1-2 drops Colgin pecan Liquid Smoke
salt and pepper to taste.
sour cream

Cut tortillas with scissors into 6 wedges.
Bake tortillas in oven at 350 degrees for 5-6 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients bowl.
Mix well, spoon mixture on to tostadas. Heat in oven 2-3 minutes. Top with sour cream.
