EASY BRUSSELS SPROUTS CASSEROLE

serves 4

1 [10 oz.] pkg. frozen brussels sprouts
2/3 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
2/3 cup water
1 tbs. flour
1/4 tsp. thyme
2 tbs butter, melted
1-2 drops Colgin Pecan Liquid Smoke
salt and pepper to taste

Cook brussels sprouts slightly. In saucepan
combine water and flour, blend until smooth.
Add salt, pepper, liquid smoke,thyme and milk.
Simmer 2-4 minutes. Add brussels sprouts. Pour
mixture into baking dish. Top with bread crumbs
and melted butter. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
