SMOKIE SALMON CAKES

serves 6

2 cups red salmon
4 tbs. mayonnaise
1 tbs lime juice
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
2-3 drops hot sauce
1-2 drops Colgin Pecan Liquid Smoke

Remove bone and skin from salmon. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well. Spray skillet with cooking spray. Shape salmon mixture in to 6 patties. Fry over medium heat until done. Turn patties once.
