CUCUMBER SAUCE

makes 2 cups

1 cup chopped cucumbers, do not peel
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup yogurt
2 tbs. lime juice
1 tsp. creole mustard
2 tbs. white wine
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1-2 drops Colgin Pecan Liquid Smoke

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients. mix well. Chill 1-2 hours. Serve over fish.
