SMOKE LAMB BURGERS

serves 4

1 lb. lean ground lamb
1/4 cup feta cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
1-2 drops Colgin Pecan Liquid Smoke

In medium bowl combine all ingredients. Mix well and shape into 4 patties. Grill patties
until done. Place on buns or lettuce leaves.
