2 cups diced cooked turkey
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup sliced white mushrooms
1 cup green peas
1/2 stick butter
1/4 cup flour
1 cup dried cranberries
1-2 drops Colgin Pecan Liquid Smoke
salt and pepper to taste
french bread sliced and toasted
Melt butter in saucepan. Saute mushrooms and
liquid smoke in the butter. Add flour, salt
and pepper. Gradually stir in broth. Cook
until thickened. Add the remaining ingredients.
Simmer on low heat 10-15 minutes. Serve over
toast or biscuits.
