1 frozen pizza crust
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 lb. breakfast sauzage
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup chopped red peppers
1/2 cup milk
1/8 tsp. Colgin Pecan Liquid Smoke
salt and pepper to taste
Bake pizza crust in oven at 350 degrees for
5-10 minutes. In skillet brown sausage with
liquid smoke. Drain. Add onions and peppers.
Simmer until done. Combine eggs, milk, salt
and peppers. Transfer sausage to pizza crust.
Pour eggs over sausage and top with cheese.
Bake in oven at 350 degrees until done.
