STUFFED EGGS

serves 6

6 hard-boiled eggs
6 oz. shredded ham
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. Creole Mustard
1 tbs minced green onions
1-2 drops Colgin Apple Liquid Smoke
salt and pepper to taste

Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks
and mash. Add the remaining ingredients and
mix well. Transfer to white shells and serve.
