MEXICAN CORN BAKE

serves 4

2 cups whole kernel corn
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup crushed tortilla chips
2 oz. green chilies,drained
1 tsp. salsa
1-2 drops Colgin Pecan Liquid Smoke
salt and pepper to taste

In saucepan combine all ingredients except,
tortilla chips.Transfer to baking dish. Bake in
oven at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Top with
chips Serve on chips or bread.
