3 cups ground sausage
2 cups great northern beans
1 cup sliced carrots
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup red wine
1/4 tsp. Colgin Apple Liquid Smoke
salt and pepper to taste
In skillet brown sausage with liquid smoke. Drain.
Add onions and simmer on low heat 5 minutes.
Transfer to saucepan. Combine the remaining ingredients. Simmer on low heat 15-20 minutes.
