CREOLE HAMBURGER AND RICE

1 lb. ground sirloin
4 cups cooked,rice
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 cup beef broth
1/8 tsp. Colgin Apple Liquid Smoke
salt and pepper to taste

In skillet brown beef with liquid smoke. Add onions,celery, basil, paprika, garlic, salt
and peppers. Simmer on low heat until done.
Add tomatoes and broth. Simmer on low heat
about 4-5 minutes. Serve over hot rice.
