BEEF AND BISCUIT CASSEROLE

serves 4

1 lb. ground beef
1 cup whole kernel corn,drained
1 cup chopped onion
4 oz. green chilies, drained
1 cup shredded cheese
1 tsp. chili powder
2 tbs. butter, melted
1 can refrigerator biscuits
1/8 tsp. Colgin Pecan Liquid Smoke
salt and pepper to taste

In skillet brown beef with liquid smoke,drain.
Transfer beef to baking dish. In skillet combine onions, chilies,corn, chili powder,
salt and pepper. Simmer on low heat until onions are done. Place the corn mixture on top
of beef. Add cheese and top with biscuits.
Sprinkle butter over biscuits. Bake in oven at
350 degrees for 10-20 minutes.
