SMOKED RIB ROAST

serves 8
1- 4 lb. rib roast
1 package onion soup mix
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. Colgin Mesquite Liquid Smoke
salt and pepper to taste

In sauce pan combine oil,wine, liquid smoke,
soup mix,garlic, salt and pepper. Simmer on
low heat 2-3 minutes. Transfer roast to baking
dish. Pour mixture over beef. Bake in oven at
350 degrees about 2-3 hours. Or put on outside
grill.
