LAMB SAUSAGE

serves 6

1 lb. ground lamb
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. cayenne powder
1/8 tsp. Colgin Mesquite Liquid Smoke
salt and pepper

In large bowl combine all ingredients. Mix well
and shape into patties. Fry in skillet until
done.
